We offer the options of one to three years of certificate training in holistic life skills and leadership. Selected on site and online courses can be taken independently and also used for Continuing Education credits. Growth and Leadership Program provides you with the tools for joyful living with purpose and leadership.
Continuing education for counselors is approved through the NBCC and the NAADAC.

First Year THE PERSONAL INTEGRATION PROGRAM November - May
The elements of Personal Integration Program are:
> Creative Life Series
12:30 - 5:30 p.m. First Sunday of the month November - May
Goals for the Creative Life Series are to:
· identify your life purpose and infuse creative thinking into major areas of
your life,
· master your body as an energy conducting system, a means of
communication and a product of your thoughts,
· create prosperity using universal principles of earning, spending, saving and
investing,
· change ineffective psychological and emotional patterns in your
relationships,
· expand realms of conscious awareness beyond your current reality,
· eliminate the major factors which undermine spiritual fulfillment
> Body Aliveness Series
7:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. Monday evenings
Goals for the Body Aliveness Series are to:
· use your own body as a vehicle for mental, emotional and spiritual
fulfillment,
· expand your range of expression and ability to respond to life,
· identify body types and character in yourself and others,
· release held breathing patterns in self and others,
· apply the skills of body energy reading and releasing to your life work.
> Personal Effectiveness Principles
The Personal Effectiveness Principles training is a series of eight two and one half hour classes enabling participants to gain clarity about their life goals and success in achieving them.
Class members learn and practice:
· principles for thinking clearly,
· acting passionately and responsibly and obtaining fulfilling results in their unique way,
· how to help create an environment that will sustain ongoing positive life changes for themselves and others.
> The CORE Group
9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Saturdays
Goals for the CORE Group are to:
· effectively use goal setting and journaling as tools to self-knowledge and
spiritual growth,
· identify and remedy ineffective communication patterns in self and others,
· understand your own and others family systems,
· use basic breathwork techniques,
· measure your own belief systems and levels of consciousness,
· share emotional autobiographies and create a viable spiritual community in your own world.
> Mid Year Intensive
Friday evening - Sunday 5:00 p.m. Weekend in February
Enlightenment Intensive (odd number years)

· identify the stages in your enlightenment process

Pleasure Intensive (even number years)

The Year End Intensive in Mid May is a celebratory affirmation of the skills
learned, allowing you to share your healing abilities and deepen the certitude of
your life path.

By Appointment
Four hours of individual consultation with faculty and/or facilitators are included
to assist you in setting program goals, preparing for your Emotional Autobiography and personal integration.
Second Year
Integrative LEADERSHIP PROGRAM October - May
Requires you to apply the competencies learned in the first year in greater depth
to your life and work. Knowing your inner calling and having the courage to follow it in the world involves sharing healing skills with others and manifesting your
life goals in a demonstrable, integral fashion.
The elements of Integrative Leadership Program are:
> Transformational Psychology
In these eight 3 and 1/2 hour sessions we will plan the development of the healing skills to which each person is attracted, exploring and practicing a variety of them. We will form a dream group, and over the eight months develop mastery of our dream states. We will openheartedly and pleasurably share our leadership with others. Transformational Psychology group will sponsor Transformations' New Horizons Day in March.
> Holistic Entrepreneurship
This day long session will assist you in finding your true purpose in the business of your life and in creating your operational holistic business plan for the year, as well as setting up systems to insure success.
> Core Group for Integrative Leadership
Facilitator: Vicky Padway, LCSW
MEETS: 14 Thursday evenings twice a month 6:30 - 9:00 pm
The power of these highly supportive sessions is in the lively and interactive group dynamic and effective holding of the highest intention for the group and each individual participant. The space is provided for putting into practice affirming beliefs about self and others, and evolving a personal sense of integrative leadership. Applications to health and wellness, and a dynamic personal wellness plan will be emphasized.
> Archetypes: loving your inner landscape

MEETS: 8 Sundays 12:30 - 3:30 pm October - May
In the creative atmosphere of these sessions we will explore and formulate a personally compelling integrative daily practice. Through experiential exercises, we will invite your body, mind, heart and spirit to deepen awareness, integration and expression of what excites you to live and share your life purpose fully. The four major Archetypes' influence on your relationships and work patterns as well as how to tap into their strengths for your joy in living will be experienced each month.

A two hour consultation to ascertain archetypal energies most influential in your life and to deepen your understanding, awareness and implications of these themes - as an integral aspect of group process and sharing.
> Year End Intensive
Graduation Training, and fine tuning of leadership skills which have emerged over leadership training.
> Elective Courses
Elective courses allow students to select the areas of training taught by faculty which suite their individual goals. No elective is required but three are eventually necessary for those wishing to complete the Masters program.
Third Year
GRADUATE APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM September - May
Designed to deepen mastery in your chosen life's work through mentoring with faculty, advanced spiritual practices with kindred souls and development of skills specific to your chosen path. Each apprentice will create a nine-month program for him/herself with the support of the faculty that will delineate specific goals, steps, and supports for the mastery sought in his or her life's work.
The elements of Graduate Program are:
> Core Group
Three meetings of 4 hours that focus on mastery in your chosen life's work.
> The Sacred Journey of Total Awakening
A once a month 3 hour class that will promote a gentle awakening of kundalini (primal life force) through shamanistic techniques and meditative practices from a variety of traditions for personal growth and well being: from power animals to mantras.
> Living Your Purpose
Nine two hour evening meetings to actualize spiritual potential within the life work and purpose which most serves your talents and abilities and fulfills your heart's desire, and to assist in completion of your Masters Project (a symbol of completion that is pleasurable and profitable for you).
> The Sevenfold Path to Health and Happiness
One 3 hour session a month which addresses core issues and strengths of each of your major energy centers and use the most effective biospiritual energetic, yogic, sound and movement exercises and rituals to get you and your environment humming with harmony.
> Support Group
One 2.5 hour monthly meeting to integrate the chakra work into daily life and share and support each other's professional leadership development.
> Private Consultation
One consult at the beginning of the year (as well as brief monthly check ins for support and guidance) is required for your GAP Project which you will continue to work on throughout the year.
> Elective Courses
A total of three elective courses by faculty are required for the Masters Certificate. These may have been taken any time (even in prior years) before graduation.
